holiday fun, music and rain

First of, I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday season. I ate, drank and laughed a whole lot... that means time to clean the system! Unfortunately it was not a white Christmas or New Year's here in my part of Deutschland, but it has been raining none stop, with a lot of wind; makes you not wanna leave the house. That's good because there is much work to do.

I've begun figuring out how to perform live, considering I'm a "one-man band". I didn't want to do the, go up there with a laptop and a mic thing and do karaoke, since I think it would be boring for you as well as for me. I have some interesting ideas

on that front. More to come.

Lastly, I'm getting everything together for the album release, which is happening soon. For quick updates follow Cygne Noir on TWITTER

Almost there....

I'm back in the studio today and putting the final touches on the record. The album should be ready to go out to the distributor by next week. I'm really enjoying the way the songs flow with one another... I can't wait for you all to hear it!

What have I been doing in Germany?

For the past few months, I've been working on new music. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it or even if I was going to release it. The things is, that once the songs began to take shape, I realized I had to find some way of sharing this material with others. These songs are very special to me and the first ones I've actually written, recorded and produced all by myself. I really hope you all like them as I have already began to work on more.
